Im ersten Teil im Duo mit der Wiener Pianistin Christina Leeb-Grill, im zweiten Teil mit dem \u201eS\u00e1ndor Rig\u00f3 Quartet\u201c (S\u00e1ndor Rig\u00f3 \u2013 Saxophon, Robert Sch\u00f6nherr \u2013 Klavier, Joschi Schneeberger &#8211; Kontrabass, Dusan Novakov \u2013 Schlagzeug).<\/p>\n<p>Im ersten Konzertteil pr\u00e4sentiert das Duo Rig\u00f3 \u2013 Leeb-Grill Originalwerke klassischer Komponisten, die von der Musik des Jazz stark beeinflusst sind. George Gershwin stammt aus einer ukrainisch-j\u00fcdischen Familie, Igor Kholopov aus Russland, Nikolai Kapustin aus der Ukraine, hat aber in der Sowjetunion gelebt, und Karen Asatrian aus Armenien. Das Werk \u201eThe Silent Heroes\u201c hat Karen Asatrian speziell f\u00fcr das Duo komponiert. S\u00e1ndor Rig\u00f3 Quartet plays own Compositions<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normalerweise tritt er in seinen zwei Bands getrennt voneinander auf. Das macht er auch an diesem Abend, er spielt in beiden hintereinander, aber eben an einem Ort: im\u00a0<em>Roten Salon der OESTIG LSG<\/em>. Dies bringt die Herausforderung mit sich, ein Publikum zu finden, das sich \u2013 so wie er \u2013 f\u00fcr Klassik begeistert und auch f\u00fcr Jazz. So wird der 1965 geborene, ungarische<strong>\u00a0Saxophonist S\u00c1NDOR RIG\u00d3<\/strong>\u00a0mit seiner Vielfalt an klanglichen Schattierungen und einem au\u00dferordentlich breiten dynamischen Spektrum zu einem ganz besonderen Musikerlebnis.<\/p>\n<p>Das seit 2006 bestens eingespielte<strong><em>\u00a0Duo LEEB-GRILL, Klavier &amp; S\u00c1NDOR RIG\u00d3, Saxophon\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>interpretiert St\u00fccke von gro\u00dfartigen Komponisten aus aller Welt: GERSHWIN, KAPUSTIN, ASATRIAN, HEIDER UND KHOLOPOV. \u00d6sterreicherin\u00a0<strong>CHRISTINA LEEB-GRILL<\/strong>\u00a0ist dabei so beredt leichth\u00e4ndig und feinf\u00fchlig virtuos wie RIG\u00d3, und wenn es erforderlich wird, \u00fcbertreffen sie sich an Ausdrucksst\u00e4rke.
